Customers using the website who are Minors /under the age  shall  not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use  the website.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

 

Cancellations for any reason are  subject to rebooking terms and conditions specific to each trip and the  operators we work with to coordinate every destination.  Due to the  variation with each operator, as a rule, refunds are not possible.

Customers are confirmed on a trip once payment has been received.

 

Prices are based on costs and are set as per the announcements made by Top and Deep adventures .Top and Deep adventures reserves the right to adjust prices until you have made full payment for your experience.

 

 

Please note: In case of refund, there will be a deduction of 10% (cancellation charges) from the total fee that you have paid. 

 

Refund Policy (less 10% cancellation charge):

 

 

Cancellation less than 48 hours to the start of the activity  — no refund.
